When Obama said that Rangel should retire with dignity, it reminded me of what Tom told Frankie Pentangeli in Godfather 2 -

He is a tax cheat. He filed a false return with the IRS.

One of the charges against him is

"Failing to report rental income from his villa in the Dominican Republic on his Federal income tax returns from 1998 to 2006."

Do you really think that was an accidental oversight?
