There seems to be misinformation about why investors need to call their shares of CSMA.

Stock purchased from the shorters are not going to cause the broker to force the delivery these shorted shares unless the buyer of those shares requests delivery. By requesting rhe certs, you are forcing the shorters to cover with real shares that the transfer agent will request from them.

Brokers are telling their clients that their shares can't be shorted against. Don't believe them, you are buying shorted shares that the transfer agent is not going to deliver. Ask for your certs.
