We could probably get rid of at least 10% to a quarter of our regulations with no severe gross negative effect (in other words not even considering the cost, and the decrease in freedom, and addition of complexity, the regulation does no good), and probably over half, maybe well over, aren't net positives when you consider all the costs.

Then you think that 50% of the regulations that govern what a street safe car consists of could be eliminated? 50% of pollution regulation? 50% of food regulation? 50% of water safety regulation? 50% of traffic laws?

And who exactly decides what regulation gets dumped? The "special interests"?
