It was not a bad day for me either. Recovered 30% of my value of what I lost. This tells me that people are somewhat optimistic about the future while continuing to be on edge. Last night, one of neighbors told me that he got hired by UPS yesterday after a 9 month layoff from the Maintenance Deptt of a public school district. It seems things will heat up with back-to-school and that people are out on vacation (go figure how they can vacation with this high unemployment.) By the way Priceline is doing very well.
