Bush gave a trillion to the nonproductive super rich in the form a tax cut by mortgaging our children's future with huge deficits. We are still experiencing these deficits today. He followed that act by passing a medicare drug benefit program which was basically a ponzi scheme that poured hundreds of billions into insurance companies and pharmaceuticals companies with very very little benefits reaching the middle class Medicare recipients.
