Good heuristic, although it does not seem INTC will bump up dividend from 63 to 75 c/sh to hit your 30 year yield at today's price, if the 30 year stayed same INTC would need to drop ~16 or below for your target or both meet some way in between if 30 year keeps rising (assuming the economy does not get so bad that INTC has to reduce dividend)...do you expect stocks to correct significantly over next year or two? The institutions need to dump speculative junk and buy quality...what would get them that religion other than a significant stock market correction?
