No, the market is not efficient, either.
If it were efficient, then at least nobody will make money in trading
options. There won't be such a thing as arbitration (taken a neutral
position by simultaneously buying/selling stocks and options) and
George Soro will not make his billions.

Forget about the academic crap such as "efficient Market Theory."
