Paul, ARMAGEDDON Have corresponded with a representative of a well known TV evangelist in the past in hopes of spreading the word about the y2k problem. The response was as follows: God does have a plan for us and there will be many catastrophes, natural and man made.I am aware of the computer problem you speak of, it just seems that with all out technology, that someone could make and market a simple solution that would reset the date in computers and adjust all files with dates. I know that is simplistic, but we are rather advanced. Maybe there is a group that doesn't want the problem solved as worldwide chaos will ensure a need for worldwide peace and submission to the UN. It's a good thing I know how it all ends as I would be pretty scared if I didn't. This response was sent to me four months ago. Current y2k exposure may have changed their opinion about the reality of the y2k problem. IMO, the y2k problem may be a catalyst for Armageddon. The number of News Stories is growing at 1% per day and is now at 12 per day. IMO, the quality of exposure is also increasing in ways more visible to the public. IMHO, expect an exponential increase in the number of articles and TV programs about y2k over the next few months. Expect a peak will be reached during the Christmas holidays when end of the year documentaries are prevalent. After that, the news media may slow down on old news except for specific news about government action and y2k disasters and predicted disasters. dave
