I don;t think you are missing much. (And I admit my eyes glaze over when I try to read the complicated deals with the debt.) Mineral Ridge is basically history, and at this point I kind of hope they don't get Ashdown back unless they go after gold there and on the adjoining property they own Caldwell's off to South America to look for properties, and Martin is definitely the man in charge. The royalty model can work, though I prefer the straight royalty model like is used by the like of SSL.V -- I hold warrants on them -- and I am willing to wait to see if these guys can pull it off. LC
