No, that is not racist, because you are not implying that the skin color predicts the behavior of an individual.

The Boer tried. Did not succeeded. They could do make it
1) successful
2)law abiding
3)productive society.

4) Were not successful at maintaining it just.

In one side you had Dutch in a higher stage of development with a strong Protestant ethic. That clashed with the Zulus and Shosa ethos.
Only way was to sacrifice 4).

Now that .

Thus they have beenh trying to get 4) and are fast losing 1), 2) and 3)

Are there examples of Black/Negro cultures, societies or governments that have been successful at maintaining a just, law abiding, productive society?

Absolutely none.

Is it racist to pose that question?

No. It is a valid question.

Is it racist to answer it?

Of course not. Anyone who is logical already knows the answer.

Every metric in existence empirically verifies the non-politically correct truths that we observe in the world around us.

Charles Murray and the late Dr. Herrnstein explained everything quite beautifully in The Bell Curve.

Genetics determine intelligence. Intelligence dictates behavior. Behavior influences outcomes.

To pretend otherwise is foolish.

did i say yes or no, or implied such in any way or form, one way or another, on either of the many questions and implicit question raise by all on this thread over the past 48 hours?

answer: no, i did not, do no.

as to

<<Are there examples of Black/Negro cultures, societies or governments that have been successful at maintaining a just, law abiding, productive society?>>

... no more or less than any other sort of societies, including america.

<<Is it racist to pose that question?>>

... i do not believe so, although i also do not believe it is a relevant question, because the other societies are just as if not more flawed than some black/negro operated ventures.

<<Is it racist to answer it?>>

... i do not believe so, except to say it is the wrong question.

i.e. did greenspan do as bad as idi amin?

answer: depends on how one was hit and still to be hit.

iow, i am not at all certain black and white and all shades in between has anything to do with anything relevant, worthwhile, or of merit.

and so i have never really engaged on such, unlike wastrel maurice mq

trinidad and tobago does ok

better than washington in any case

even if a lot of crime happens there

as they do in a lot of other places

especially when we included exported crimes and criminals, particularly when we consider government sponsorships

Are there examples of Black/Negro cultures, societies or governments that have been successful at maintaining a just, law abiding, productive society?

An interesting question.

Can one be unbiased..

Do they need to possess nukes to qualify?

Does a civilization of one village or one tribe qualify or do they need to be societies of a certain number of individuals?

Whose authenticated records of historical events qualify as facts?

I googled the words "Kings" and "Africa" to see if there were any answers, I have not even bothered to look deeper then that. How many societies have worked wonderfully in the world to date? Many (if not most) of those have been non white. I am ignoring obvious bias like whether they invaded other cultures or became large enough for a modern white person to call them "a just law abiding, productive society?".

africanholocaust.net

You asked a specific question. Using the criteria you specified, do you think of the societies listed in the link were better or worse then their white western equivalents of the time?

Seriously. I am assuming you are not asking the question of which societies have been the most barbaric, aggressive and expansionist. When it comes to dealing with war crimes (for example), it's only the losers who are found guilty. I know that.

White societies have been successful for a number of reasons. I am one of the proud members of that society. The successful propagation of a race was not the question you asked though.

I happen to think this whites-are-better-then-blacks thing is baloney, caused by some deep and needy inferiority complex that a number of white people seem to suffer from. Individuals from other races seem to suffer similar problems from what I have observed.
