Germany is one of the countries that I know most. I have been always fascinated by it. I was trained by the Germans and worked my life mostly for Siemens AG having a lot of German and Austrian friends I loved to go from Nigeria and spend a few weeks of my holidays there. It is losing young people because now they do not see the advantage of working whole life for a single company as in the past. Seeing their parents lose their jobs and major companies retrenching, the young people want to see something else.
