Sounds crazy, good stuff for an exciting movie, all of it.

That said, I find it equally crazy that anybody or any group of people could have such a fierce interest in proving that this old man is indeed Ivan Grosz from Treblinka, after the Israel Supreme Court has acquitted him in exactly this matter. I mean, who would expect the Israel Supreme Court to let this guy walk had they been able to sniff out ANY kind of evidence looking matter against him???
Their bias wouldn't have been tilted to his side, not hardly...

So whatever they have thrown in now on top of what Israel had at their hands must gave been produced later, 95%++ confidence level.

And by whom, why????

The idea that Demjanuk is pursued relentlessly in order to rake up evidence that Treblinka did indeed and for sure exist, doesn't hold water.

Now at trial in Munich he is alleged to have served in 3 other Polish camps, whereas Treblinka is no longer even mentioned!

"No mention was made in the new complaint of the previous allegations that Demjanjuk was Ivan Groszny. Instead, the complaint alleged that Demjanjuk served as a guard at the Sobibór and Majdanek camps in Poland under German occupation and at the Flossenburg camp in Germany."

Furthermore the following info seems to be quite interesting and even further underline my being at a total loss with regard to why so many groups are lobbying for routing this old man to jail?

Christiaan F. Rüter, Professor of Law and expert on NS trials in Germany, who researched the subject at the University of Amsterdam for 40 years, expressed reservations against the commencement of proceedings. He stated that to him "it is a complete mystery, how anyone who knows the German jurisdiction up to now, would be able to assume that Demjanjuk could be sentenced based on the given evidence."[65]
On April 14, 2010, an expert witness testified that the Nazi-issued ID card being used as key evidence, but which was claimed by defense lawyers to be a KGB forgery, appeared to be genuine. He also stated, however, that he could not confirm if this document was actually made during World War II.

And how could those same groups of people ever lure Germany into this nest of rats?

I see the only solution to the German dilemma here being Demjanek's demise before they must bring this farce to some end.
