I must take Potassium immediately! I had a diarrhea for 8 days now, although I only went to the doctor 3 days ago.

What happens is that body losses Potassium when you have diarrhea.

I normally do not eat without washing the hands. Negro land is a land where the bacteria feast.

When travelling with someone we wash the hands dropping from bottle. I was alone so I did not wash.
Ate raisings. Wrecked havoc with my bowels.

Now on Bactrim and stuff to recover the intestinal flora.
