My statement was not so specific. It was 50% of all regulations. That's what I was complaining about. You can say 50% can be eliminated and I can say 97% are good and we can talk past each other forever in generalities. That's why I said: Then you think that 50% of the regulations that govern what a street safe car consists of could be eliminated? 50% of pollution regulation? 50% of food regulation? 50% of water safety regulation? 50% of traffic laws? When you get to specifics it get a little harder.
