Overall the rates are the lowest in 50 years.

No they aren't.

The taxes are not the lowest in 50 years. Not in terms of tax rates all around, not in terms of federal income tax rates, not in terms of top federal income tax rates. Not in terms of total tax take by government on all levels in dollar terms. Not (at least before the recession and maybe even during the recession, in terms of federal tax take as a percentage of GDP. Not in terms of federal and state, or federal state and local, tax take as a percentage of GDP (even during the recession).

There is no justice when the rich get away with murder.

Getting weather != getting away with murder. They aren't even remotely similar.

It is not wrong. They need to pay their fair share

They already pay a lot more than their fair share. And even if they did not, if others paid so much more that the wealthy paid less than their share; the wealthy would still be paying too much, it would just be that everyone else was paying too much to an even greater extent.

There is a price for that stability.

And its a small fraction of the current government tax take.
