To ALL: It is reassuring for investors to learn that GMD has been successful at finding more and more gold at its Nicholas mine and Ormsby zone sites. Just as reassuring is the fact that two eminent geologists, Mr. Val Pratico and Mr. Mike Senn, have joined the staff of GMD, as its Chief Gold Geologist and Chief Diamond Geologist, respectively. Each of these men brings with him considerable experience and technical expertise that is much needed at GMD. Mr. Val Practico was for nine years an exploration geologist with Nerco Con Mine Ltd (currently, a major gold producer) and has worked for Durga Resources and Birch Mountain Resources as Chief Geologist. Mr. Pratico's long experience at Nerco makes him highly familiar with the geology of the Greenstone Gold Belt, the region in which GMD's gold properties are located and this no doubt makes him eminently suited for his present role at GMD as Chief Geologist. Initially as the senior geologist for the Kennecott Mining Group and later as the Exploration Manager (Diamond Projects for Kennecott Canada and Chief Geologist, North Division, for Kennecott/RTZ/CRA), Mr. Senn has distinguished himself in the discovery of diamondiferous kimberlite pipes at Lac de Gras, NWT, in connection with Kennecott's joint project with Aber Resources. Just like Mr Pratico, Mr. Senn's past experience makes him particularly well-suited for his role as GMD's diamond geologist. Mr. Senn's responsibilities include overseeing the upcoming exploration drilling program on the Royce diamondiferous property. To be sure, the presence of these two hot-shot geologists has considerably enhanced the credibility of GMD! And this, no doubt, bodes well for the future of the company. What is intriguing to me, at the present, is that GMD, in addition to being a gold exploration company, may eventually turn out to be a diamond play along with the likes of Ashton (ACA) , Winspear (WSP) and Troymin (TYR), and this will greatly raise its upside potential. GMD is unique in that it explores for gold and diamonds simultaneously. I understand that GMD is also unique in that it wholly owns its diamondiferous property, a distinction not shared by other diamond exploration companies. As it is, without factoring in its diamond potential (see my prior posts on this thread), a GMD share should currently be valued at about $10-$12. At its current price of about $2.30/share, GMD is grossly undervalued, and when the diamond potential is taken into account, it is fair to say that the share price should be very much greater than $12/share. Your comments will be most welcome. Richnorth
