Talked to the Company this week, Wavetop went into beta
testing. The quarter is going exceptionally well- supposedly
will exceed street estimates.

As for the kind of advertising they plan to have - I would assume
they only want advertisers who pay! Seriously I don't know, sorry.

BGL,

During the teleconference, Deeds said that Wavetop would
launch "by the end of the year". He also said, and David's article
confirms, that they are now beta testing. As for advertising they
mentioned magazines as one source but woudn't elaborate. My guess is that when the computer manufacturers announce models with built in
tuner cards (hopefully December, probably January), the news will spread quickly. Remember this is the first mass consumer data delivery
system without using telephone lines. Its big news.
