Showing that MTA called the shots.

The claimed that NYC doesn't allow it. Even if true, they didn't have to do what NYC was requiring. I suspect they may be using MTA as the fall guy because it was the easiest way to go.

A few years back one of the media turned down ads by move on. I don't remember anyone back then claiming that turning down those ads were a violation of move on's right to free speech.

Now if she is walking around NYC with that sign and the city makes her stop, that would be a violation of her right to free speech.......as I understand that principle.
