I think there is another story they are missing here. Obviously, Obama can't have developed this weapon; there are too many "we see what you are doing" stories out there from Republican legislators for that to happen. You think Michelle Bachmann and Darryl Issa would authorize money for a project like this? Therefore, even if it wasn't built by da Shrub, he did have access to it.
