I don't dismiss Ron Paul out of hand, and while I am aware that he is a physician, I also know that he is not new to politics. What I said was, I don't trust anyone now holding elected office. PERIOD. Throw them all out. Institute a selective service system for congressional seat holders. [I understand that is not practical for a number of reasons, but it sure sounds good, don't it?] Besides, it will take more that Ron Paul as President to effect his kind of change. It will take a very substantial shift in Congress that is not forthcoming.
