That is because you are making stuff up instead of actually reading my post. Per usual. I didn't claim they were in a savings trap. What is happening is that because of their savings rate, the value of the Yen is higher than it might be otherwise. Which hurts their exports. No doubt you will make up another straw man and argue against that. It is your MO after all...
