These convertable debentures are a legal license to steal equity
from stockholders. And the stock is still going to reverse split or
end up in the stock junkyard. IMO of course.

I don't think I've ever seen such an upbeat post from you !!

IMO, handing out $150K or 5M shares is a small portion of this company (unless you're talking about profits!). So I guess I'm not worried about 5M shares diluting (did Harold say) 67M. Not like EXSO where 15M turned into 45M.

What kind of news are you all expecting ?
