Most people in the world do not have entitlements or receive any kind of benefits outside of their immediate family or tribe. In one Latin American country we pay twice the going rate which is 10 times less than similar wages in N. America and the people work twice as hard. As far as Canada's immigration policy goes it should pray for more Mexicans.
