How it developed:

Many too young, did not adapted and flopped.

Many left and never had a chance to play for the national team since they were in farawqy places and or qhere became invisible (Ucrania, Russia, Turkey or Portugal).
Playing in the national team boost a player's value and icnome and sponsorship deals.

That started making them think twice before grabbing the first offer.

Two years ago, older players started returning.

A few more players past their best want to come back.

Some still in peak performace want to find a deal to come back.

Now the youg are tempted to stay on.

Sign of the times as BLR skyrocketed and economy is going up plus Europe starts faltering.
