Haim, that explanation makes some sense. I know that just prior to the meeting Friday, reporters were saying that people were "very nervous" about what INTC might have to say. But IMO, it was foolish of shorts to expect an even more conservative view from INTC than what they had already given. "Slightly up" sales in the historically best quarter is pretty conservative. Additionally, with JIT ordering, INTC now has reduced visibility going into Nov and Dec. They're not going to go overly pessimistic on guesses. DK
