Tim,

I think you'll like this one! BTW DTOP was on tv last night about how they are allowed to have their dogs @ work....

I'm looking to buy puts on BAY and COMS or maybe just one?

COVER-ALL TECHNOLOGIES INC (COVR) 4 5/16 +1/2. Shares of this strategic
insurance software solutions
provider have been lifted off their feet today by bullish comments in the latest edition of
Business Week. On the session, the
stock has risen as much as 23% and currently trades 13% above yesterday's closing
price. A stock that has traded between
7/8 of a point and 4 7/8 over the past fifty-two weeks, COVR shares are expected by
one money manager to rise sharply
over the coming months. In fact, over the next half-year, Roger Benson of Norwalk,
Connecticut investment firm Number One
Corp, believes Cover-All shares will double. Expected to fuel the rally in the
stock are orders for the company's
Oracle-based TAS 2000 system, which not only manages client claims, billing
and financial reporting, but also makes it
simpler for insurance companies to replace their systems to overcome any
year-2000 problems, according to the
company's president. Mr. Benson also sees a rosy future for the TAS 2000. In fact,
he expects the company to announce at
least three deals, valued at more than $4 million each, in the near future, probably over
the next few weeks. After losing $0.38
a share in 1996 on revenues of $5.47 million, Mr. Benson sees earnings of $0.10 a
share this year on revenues of
$8-$10 million. The following year, earnings and revenues are predicted to explode to
$0.50 a share and $25 million,
respectively.

Maybe, this stock can help makeup some ASND losses before yr end?
And yes, ASND is at or very near bottom!

Jeff
