Of course but how does that apply to our discussion? Differences are natural, where a whole being conserves things of value while considering the need to change, renew, and grow in a liberal fashion. Likewise a whole country need not be divided by putting the need to conserve principle and value in polar opposition to liberal thought. When viewed only from a must win/lose paradigm, we all lose. Or are you thinking, when all conservative issues are defeated, the nation will be healthy and successful? I've thought it through and I doubt that would be the result.
