In regards to state pension funds, the states started going after wall street (goldman, etc) for selling them crap paper. Now wall street (SEC) is counterattacking and saying you are just as guilty as we as are when it comes to selling crap paper.

I don't know who is going to win, but we all know who is going to lose...
