A true Republican Party is the Party of Abraham Lincoln. I am proud to state that I am a member of Lincoln's Republican Party. I do not subscribe to the crazy right wingers of the currently kidnapped Republican Party, kidnapped by Rush Limbaugh, Tom Delay, Newt, Palin, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz who created the policy of invading Iraq for no reason except for oil, killing hundred of thousands of innocent people, destroying cities and villages and claiming that it was God's will. Have you ever been to war? Have you seen first hand that your good buddy died when you are holding his body covered with blood? Which right wingers have gone to war and be in the front lines and experiencing deaths and decapitated bodies of your mates? If you have, then there is a unmeasurable compassion towards others less fortunate, more willing to help the needy rather than yelling that Obama is going to raise taxes for the very rich. I cannot understand many of those who are against raising taxes for people earnings over $ 250K adjusted income don't even make that amount, so they are not affected, yet, they are shouting taxes will be raised as if they are affected. Even the very rich people, right now 40 billionaires have pledge to give away half of their assets to charity. The exception? WALMART children of Sam Walton. None of those tight ward is helping any charity. The company knows how to squeeze the last penny of those poor third world country workers. My favorite charity is American Veterans (Amvets) which help veterans to get back to normal life. These are the people who sacrifice for our country regardless whether the government war policy is right or wrong. And yet, they are the neglected bunch. Many prefers to follow the crazies like Palin, Newt, Angle, deLay, and the list goes on. Have we become so insensitive and callous that some rather worship Rush Limbaugh rather paying attention to those veterans? Rush Limbaugh wants Obama to fail and some people defend that with all kinds of interpretations and semantics ... just unbelievable.
