I am certainly that Rush Limbaugh is proud to have to as his supporter. I'm not sure I'd categorize myself as such. Perhaps I am. I don't listen to him enough to be sure. In any case nothing I've posted here generally supports Rush, it just reasonably explains a specific comment that I happen to agree with. Drug addict? Irrelevant to the point. Cares only for himself? Maybe, but its unsubstantiated, and similarly irrelevant. If we assume, for the sake of argument, that he's much worse than anything you say, that he's truly a demonic force, that he eats children for breakfast, and is plotting to wipe out civilization, and torture billions of people to death, that would obviously be a huge reason to condemn him. But it wouldn't be a reason to want Obama to succeed in imposing bad policies on the country. And it wouldn't mean that wanting Obama to fail means wanting the country to fail. (It would apparently mean that Rush did want the country to fail, but then where assuming he wants to torture billions of people to death, which I assume even you will realize doesn't reflect reality). Or to put it another way piling up claims about how horrible Rush is in other ways, even if you can prove them, doesn't make your case. The issue is specific to the statement, not about Rush in general.
