Last US combat convoy has left Iraq
CNN - Arwa Damon, Jomana Karadsheh - ?1 hour ago?

That is the biggest lie of the Iraq war.

My stepbrother is an Infantryman doing Infantry combat duties in Iraq tonight.

One of my nephews is in Special Operations in Iraq. His unit is running combat operations tonight.

Both of them will still be on combat duty in Iraq tomorrow, and the next, and the next.
And convoys out of Iraq will continue tomorrow, and the next, and the next.

Discovery Channel grants viewers unprecedented access inside the military's special forces training programs ...
Wednesday's episode goes behind the scenes at U.S. Army Ranger School living The Cut

Rangers are not Special Forces. Not even close.

I do think the Army needs Rangers. And many SF soldiers were Rangers first.

I also know that if you ask any non-SF Ranger if he is Special Forces he will tell you, "No sir".

The Rangers know the difference. That is why so many voluntarily leave the Ranger Battalion to try to earn Green Berets.
