As a lawyer, you should hopefully understand the meaning of words. Olson's position is absolutely the conservative position. NOBODY IS QUESTIONING THEIR RIGHT TO BUILD THERE, BUT WHETHER THEY SHOULD.

How come obungle personally hosted a Ramadan dinner at the White House, but refused to attend a National Day of Prayer dinner? How come every U.S. citizen must have a passport in his hand to present to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Agent and prove that he's a legal citizen in order to leave and re-enter this country and to show he's not transporting weapons and/or drugs, but illegals can come and go as they want with nothing in their hands, to prove nothing, and carry guns, knives, and cocaine in their pockets?
