I have a son-in-law working below his education and training and a son who is currently unemployed. Both in California. My son has told me all employers have these federal Government forms that you must fill out. In them you are asked if you have been in jail, prison etc or collecting any monies from state local or federal government.

Apparently if you have been released from prison the employer gets a benefit for hiring you. I told my son to lie and say he was just paroled. However, if he is caught he might go to jail ...but then he would qualify when released? Could you imagine the newspaper headlines. Man caught lying by claiming to have a prison record to get a job.

He is thinking about getting some tattoos. He has seen people get hired with daggers dripping blood tattoo'd on their face etc etc
