You want the government to PAY what 'people are owed' in paid-in S.S. contributions --- pay back in "installments" --- to their ESTATES even after both husband and wife have died??????????????????? yes. It would only be fair that the money which never should have been taken to begin with, because ordinairy people would have saved the money. I interpret the second part of your past as an admission that SS was set up as a Con game to begin with. You are correct on those points.
