(Don't you even *remember* what peak force numbers were???????? We are down SUBSTANTIALLY, with the last 50 thou scheduled for "by the end of next year" and moved into training and support roles by the end of this MONTH.)

Bush (and the Iraqi National Congress) set the timetable and Obama agreed to it and executed on it.
