He didn't say "I am a muslim", he was talking about what someone else was saying about his "muslim faith". Granted, it isn't a mistake I would make, but it isn't something that I see as a black and white statement. I admit that I could be completely wrong on this. But his actions seem to be about appeasement to me, not some loyalty to his muslim faith. I believe his religion is socialism, big government and self aggrandizement, not one based in a deity.
