Are you at liberty to disclose who you are working for,
if not, is it a fab or equipment supplier?? You needn't

Dave,
I would think that "plasma issues" could be tuned
using power, pressure, and gas flow dynamics to
insure good processing capablility. Every new
technology has problems that require a whole new
"paradyme" (god I hate that buzzword) to address
the requirements. I see this as a "not difficult"
engineering problem, but then again I've never
done process on a 12" wafer and may be dead wrong.
