Just you and everyone else knows, Michael Grasso just sent me an e-mail which, among other things, asks for my real name to "check my standing with the Minnesota Bar," in Michael's words, "I bet they would be real interested in how members conduct themselves out of the court room." The notion that anything "Michael Grasso" could do anything to harm my standing with the bar is so laughable I am almost tempted to give him my name...but I am concerned he is a somewhat unbalanced person in a jurisdiction with relatively lenient gun control laws...and may use my name for some other reason. I strongly urge everyone to simply ignore him, as I will from now on, this thread has taken a truly ugly turn, I do not think any of us signed on to this to be physically threatened. Regards, Otter
