John, so right and if people can't even be trusted to save for themselve, then shouldn't government go the whole mile and take 100% of your earnings and spend ALL of it for you? Sure you will live in a tenament/slum and yes you will have to wait in a line for 4 hours to buy rationed milk and eggs at a store, BUT the upside is the Govt will always be there to make sure you have a place to live and milk and eggs! Wasn't Communism wonderful in Eastern Europe? Weren't people illegally entering the Communist Bloc for all the free goodies? Sarcasm off.
