What conversation? She just stood there dumbfounded while Paul's theoretical libertarianism got in the way of real life. The man then canceled an appearance on MTP simply because he wanted to stop digging the hole he had dug himself into.

As much as he tried to articulate it for her, she clearly had trouble understanding the inherent conflicts between the Bill of Rights and certain provisions of the Civil Rights Act. It was a classic conversation between a libertarian and a statist.

It was a classic conversation between someone not very aware and a very smart woman.
