I could get some information from their website but

1 - I'm not sure I'd get good relevant information specifically about what the situation was before the current regulatory regime was implemented.

3 - Issues like "ripoff rates" are subjective and/or a matter of definition about which people might disagree. They probably wouldn't be addressed on the Port of Seattle web site and if they where it would just be someone's opinion, maybe worth paying attention to just as I would pay attention to posts here, or some newspaper article on the subject, but not really definitive. The rates themselves (not whether those rates are rip-offs) would probably be on the site, but that would probably be current rates, not the previous ones.

and

2 - I think the conversation may have died out now so it might no longer be pertinent to what is being discussed.

But thanks for the suggestion anyway. If the conversation does continue, and I want some specific detail that might be a good source for it.
