The troop withdrawals that are taking place are taking place according to the schedule Bush arranged and negotiated before leaving office. Obama's great accomplishment there is not screwing it up. We should probably be thankful for that .... much of his leftist base wanted an American defeat in Iraq and he didn't give it to them.
