All politicians everywhere - Brazil and China, too - are IMO presumptively lower than pond scum.

Dodd and Franks, however, along with Greenspan, Gramm, Rangel, Clinton, O! and a host of others, including 90% of Congress, are not only scum but incompetent.

This is not ammo for TJ or elmat, but universally a fact, and equally true in their countries.

It's the human condition, prevailing everywhere.
