Your friends are wingers, right? Nothing more needs to be said. Special ops run missions all over the region and probably will long after the last reg army soldier is out...it's not combat in the classic sense...these are specific missions to catch terrorists, or do recon or intel...etc.. And they may go out with Iraqi units on patrol as trainers. Having said that, the active participation of Amerian troops where the Americans take the lead is over. Whenever wingers want to be negative, they get real nuanced.
