Frank, Thank you for the post. For someone, like myself, without a real in-depth knowledge of the technology, I gained a lot of insight. I have a question about what Franklin's Tempest(This is not to hype this stock, but rather the one I am most familiar with) allows the user to do. I beleive they can alter the delay rate of data packets by slowing or increasing the speed at which they arrive. I do not truly understand how this works, maybe you can help. Is this somewhat of answer to Net-congestion or do you think that it will suffer along with the rest. Thank you and keep up the great work, Evan
