Jack Horkheimer .... aka the "Star Hustler"

Public Television’s “Star Gazer” and the director of Miami’s Space Transit Planetarium,’ died Friday, August 20th, at the age of 72. Dr. Jack Horkheimer was influential in promoting amateur astronomy, he was the Director of the Miami Museum of Science & Space Transit Planetarium.
He organized volunteers to bring telescopes to many towns during the Comet Shoemaker-Levy Collision with Jupiter in 1994.
