<<I definitely would not survive in the African's world. I wouldn't even make the attempt>>

you were not being honest when you think you were more potent. you are not and not by a long shot. now you are being honest. as darwinian creatures, you are not just very weak, you are unworthy. or, as i noted, your mortality is your fatal weakness.

but then neither am i. i knew that when we started our discussion. i was not always so weak as you, but certainly am less worthy these days.

my wife occasionally engages with adventure travel, and whenever so, i skip out and would meet her at the end of the adventure, at maldives and such same.

am now with wife at maternity hospital. this place was the featured location of the old movie, "love is a many splendid thing" circa 1950s - the leading lady was a friend of my parents

... no adventure here, but certainly splendid, lovely as well, and even better, has wifi broadband everywhere, with the kitchen catered by one of the top hotels in town. the bane of husbands residing in hong kong is that the wives learn of this place by chit chat from each other, and then become more enthusiastic about having babies.

John, Africa is dominated by type r. They have different strategy of survival.

Females achieve puberty at early age.
Reproduce at a very young age.
Throw as much as offspring as possible out there.
Let them fare for themselves and hope some survive.

In a such an environment it is OK to turn against its own communities and go for their throat in fighting for survival.

That is genetical. Gang up with people similar to you and fight for your life.
