That's right. All equal, but some more equal than others. It's not true that in the old USSR you couldn't obtain good healthcare -- you could, world class...... if you had an uncle in the Politburo.

We are on course to get there. That's why I never liked the naive demands that members of Congress would have the "same" health insurance as everyone. They'll say yes, of course.... because they know that they'll get VIP treatment under ANY system.
