Doug: At this current valuation and declining stock price of ASND, any acquisition, if any, will only be on real cash transaction. If that be the case current ASND stockholder would throw a fit.

Regards

Kumar.

As crazy as this sounds, I have been pondering whether ASND might do some additional acquisitions....

Doug,

It isn't crazy at all. In fact, that seems to be one of the stated purposes for the hiring of David Masunis. However, I think any acquisitions by ASND at this juncture would be small puzzle pieces.

Douglas, I don't think that's crazy at all. Cash acquisitions could be king; they avoid s/h dilution and they send the unmistakeable message to the market that management views the stock as undervalued. Did you have any targets in mind?

Paul
