Kumar, you know why Mory has no respect of his company's shareholders? Because there is NO real shareholder of ASND, they (we) are all traders. The greediest of all. ASND went up at much as 40 times in 3 years. Mory thinks to himself: I don't even know those sobs who got so filthy rich in such short time, why should I care when they give some of that quick money back to the market?

Kumar and Gary -- I would suggest that Mory should quietly work in the
background (with desh from Cascade, who is a visionary), and concentrate on running the technical side of the New Ascend.

This will not be an easy task, and Mory should not be distracted
by "street fights".

Mory should select a new CEO who is well respected by the "street".
This CEO must be an expert in communicating with the "street"

Then Ascend will truly ascend again.
